Tech-UP Accelerator Programme (TAP)

The Tech-Up Accelerator Programme (TAP) is an intensive, practical technology career programme designed to help learners move from basic technology knowledge to relevant, career-focused technical skills.

TAP provides participants with five specialized technology career pathways:

• Software Development

• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• AI & Machine Learning

• Cybersecurity

• Cloud Computing & DevOps

The programme begins with a common onboarding and career-orientation module before participants develop specialized skills within their selected technology pathway.

Unlike a conventional digital-skills course, TAP is designed around career readiness, practical learning, project development, portfolio building and professional growth. Participants are introduced to the tools, concepts and workflows used within their chosen field while developing practical projects that can demonstrate their capabilities.

TAP can be delivered as a general technology accelerator or tailored for specific participant groups, including women and girls, teenagers, young adults, graduates, job seekers, career switchers, working professionals and other underserved or targeted communities.

TAP can be customized by age group, gender, educational background, existing skill level, community, institution or programme objective.
