HSE I & II – Health, Safety & Environment
About Course
The HSE Level I & II (Health, Safety & Environment – Awareness, Risk Control & Supervision) course is a comprehensive training programme designed to equip learners with both foundational safety awareness and practical risk control skills required in modern workplaces.
This integrated course begins with core HSE principles, helping learners understand workplace hazards, accident prevention, safe work practices, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), emergency response basics, and environmental responsibility. It then progresses to operational safety management, where learners develop the ability to identify and assess risks, implement control measures, supervise work activities, conduct toolbox talks, and manage incidents and near misses.
The course is practical, industry-relevant, and applicable across sectors such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas support services, logistics, utilities, and office environments. It is structured to support both new entrants to the workforce and experienced workers preparing for supervisory or safety-focused roles.
By the end of the programme, learners will not only be able to work safely themselves, but also support and enforce safe work practices for others, making them valuable assets to any organisation. The course also provides a clear progression pathway toward advanced HSE training and professional development.
