The Career Accelerator Programme is a practical career development programme designed to equip unemployed graduates and job seekers with the clarity, tools, confidence, and professional assets required to compete effectively in today’s evolving labour market.

Rather than simply teaching participants how to search for jobs, the programme takes them through a structured career development journey — from discovering their strengths and career potential to identifying knowledge and professional skills gaps, designing multiple career pathways, developing professional CVs, building a strong online presence, and setting up a personalised job-watch system.
